Construction
As construction begins, CK Southern Construction will manage the project and ensure all of the hard work and preparation from the pre-construction phase is brought full circle and executed with quality craftsmanship and professionalism . Our trusted team of subcontractors will execute their respective trade with the quality we demand and you deserve. Our role in the process is to perform regular quality control checks, active communication, and ensure accuracy of all details throughout construction.
Post Construction
This phase includes final restoration, systems training, and move-in coordination. This is the phase we work so hard to get to, and it brings our team satisfaction knowing we can turn over the keys to your new home.
